Her instruction prepares you for unforeseen scenarios, whether you’re far from shore or navigating remote areas. By teaching you practical skills and reinforcing confidence, Captain Deb’s approach ensures you’re ready for smooth, enjoyable cruising.

Captain Deb provides structured, stress-free training focused on every aspect of boat operation and preparation, including:

Boat Familiarization: From performing a pump-out to preparing for docking, anchoring, and safe cruising checklists, you’ll develop a thorough understanding of your boat and how to manage it efficiently.
Communication and Marina Etiquette: Master VHF radio usage and marina protocols to ensure smooth, respectful interactions on the water.

Ensuring proper documentation and insurance is essential to boating. The Cruiser Engagement Rates

Monthly engagement starts with a Zoom call (90 minutes);
Each month we have scheduled 90 minutes call on Zoom, our primary technology for these sessions. You are encouraged to be in frequent contact by email, WhatsApp or calls between our sessions.
Getting started, complete a brief questionnaire to inform Deb about your experience, goals, and concerns.
Schedule for availability and return completed questions so Deb can learn more about you and your unique circumstances.
